Automatic Tax Filing (EFTPS):
If your business is
mandated by the IRS to comply with EFTPS for your federal employment tax
deposits, we can handle it. This
process is performed easily and automatically via our bridge

Direct Deposit: We offer an
economical and easy to use Direct Deposit service that deposits paychecks
directly into your employee's bank accounts. This system is so versatile,
that your employees can have up to 99 splits. If they have any money left
over they still can get a check for the difference!

Magnetic Media Reporting:
We can prepare federal
year-end magnetic media files for SSA Form W-2. We also prepare state
unemployment magnetic media files at end of quarter.

Electronic
Check Signing: If you're tired of
signing or rubber-stamping checks, we will digitize and print your
signature on each check. That way they are ready to distribute to your
employees.

Logos on Checks: We can personalize your
company paychecks by adding your corporate logo to each one.

Check Stuffing: To further enhance the
personal touch, we can put each check
in an individual envelope for you.

Delivery Service:
We guarantee on-time

Tax Updates and Maintenance:
Our computer system provides the latest
tax information on rate changes, forms, and legislation. We maintain an
on-going communication service to keep abreast of the latest information for
all federal, state, unemployment, disability, and local tax authorities.
Our own Controller/Tax Specialist performs all federal, state, and local tax
research and we utilize several tax guide services to maintain current tax
tables and information.

Tax Returns:
We print federal forms (eg.
941, 941B, 940, 940EZ, W-2, W-3, 1099, etc.). We also print state payroll tax
returns and wage listings.

Multiple Checks per
Employee: Each employee can
receive up to 99 checks in any one payroll.

Child Support:
We will deduct and
prepare the payment check for state authorities.

ViewChoice
Payroll on CD: We are one of the few service bureaus offering
this cutting-edge service where all your annual payroll records, including
Quarterly reports and W2 forms are 'burned' onto a CD that can be viewed in
